 Third circular

This third circular is to give more information concerning concerning the registration and the conference venue to the workshop "From Quiescence to Outburst: when Microquasars go Wild" to be held from 25th to the 29th of September 2017 in the IGESA center of the Porquerolles island in France.

*********** Registration *************
Since the number of places is strictly limited, we would appreciate to
learn as soon as possible (and no later than the 15th of July (see
below)) if for any reason neither you nor a colleague can give this
talk. Only in that case, please reply to this email to let us know,
allowing us to offer a talk to another participant.

TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT THE TALK AND THAT YOU WILL PARTICIPATE TO THE CONFERENCE.

After the 15th of July, if you have not paid your registration we will offer a talk to another participants of the waiting list.

The registration fee are fixed to 350 € including every thing (single bedroom accomodation, lunchs, dinners, coffee break and the particpation to the conference dinner).

*********** Accomodation *************
Each participant will have his/her own bedroom. The bedrooms have a basic confort (no TV, single bed) with their own bathroom.
A few places for accompanying persons are available. The price is 76.60 € per day (lodging+meals).

Rooms will be accessible after 4pm on Sunday 24th. Before 4pm, a luggage room will be available for your luggage.

********** Venue ******************
The unique option to reach the Porquerolles Island is to go to the boat landing stage called "La Tour Fondue".

By train: the best option is to arrive in Toulon train station or  Hyeres train station and then take a taxi (~ 60€/30-45min  from Toulon, 20€/20 min from Hyeres) to "La tour Fondue"

By plane: the best option is to arrive in the Toulon-Hyeres airport (http://www.toulon-hyeres.aeroport.fr/en) and then take a taxi (20€/20 min) to "La tour Fondue"
